The W300-1 fastening system adopts a layered assembly structure. Firstly, the elastic pad is laid on the sleeper bearing surface to buffer track vibration, then the steel tie plate and rail pad are placed in sequence to disperse wheel load.
The gauge baffles are installed on both sides of the rail to limit lateral displacement of the rail and realize rail gauge adjustment by replacing baffles of different specifications. The elastic clip is fixed by screw spikes embedded in the sleeper sleeve, relying on the elastic tension of the clip arm to compress the rail stably.
Insulation gaskets are installed between the clip and rail bottom to ensure electrical insulation of the track. For rail height adjustment, combine rail pads, plastic and steel heightening pads of different thicknesses, and match screw spikes of corresponding lengths to complete height calibration. After installation, the elastic clip maintains continuous fastening force without repeated tightening.
