We are engaged in manufacturing and supplying elastic rail clip products which are exclusively used in railways. Fabricated with optimum quality raw materials, these elastic rail clips are designed with high precision which impart high tensile strength and corrosion resistance. Our products can also be customized according to clients' requirement at a client desired price.
The rail elastic clips are used with concrete sleeper to fasten rails on both sides. The rail clips are usually made of forged spring steel, which are manufactured by hot forging process. The forged rail clips are considered to be better than other metal forming process due to most uniform microstructure.
Rail clips processing procedures are as follow: Shearing-- Heating to forging temperature -- Forming-- Hardening—Tempering — Inspection — Packing.
